Ramsie is a fabulous Pilates instructor! She is skilled at adapting the exercises for injuries, so you receive the benefit of the exercise without aggravation of the issue. Her restorative yoga is also great. All the practitioners I have met are knowledgeable and skilled, and the treasure chest has a wide variety of healing items as well as gifts and surprises.

Emrald Waves is a great place to treat yourself to some new jewelry or a cute new outfit, and they offer yoga and many other activities to help with anxiety or stress. Their prices are awesome—only $10 for a yoga class! Overall, it's a great place to check out and worth the time!

Emerald Wave Healing is my favorite place to be! I truly enjoy Christine’s yoga class. There is never any pressure, it is fun, the community is great, and best of all, it’s not so serious like other yoga classes I’ve been too. I love the welcoming environment and friendliness that are always shown whenever I am there. It is truly a gem of a place that is a must for anyone looking for community, healing, deep joy, and, of course, exercise.
