Our fitness dance classes are an epic-workout-disguised-as-a-dance-party! Lights down, music up! You’ll burn calories, get in up to 3,000 steps in an hour, and leave class ready to conquer your world!

No professional dance experience or training required! Classes are for every level. 32 counts of choreography taught at half tempo. 

Dance increases your stamina & endurance. It requires you to move & change positions. Dance requires you to contract & expand the abdominal muscles in a series of fluid movements.
